The programme provides training on EU-related matters for public officials from the new members, candidate and potential candidate countries as well as some of the Eastern and Southern neighbours of the enlarged European Union. The programme is managed by CROSS, governmental organisation responsible for the educational cooperation between the Netherlands and Central and Eastern Europe.

For 2010 Bulgaria is eligible only for training programmes related to the topics of Justice and Home Affaire and Social Inclusion. The training programmes consist of short training courses for government officials  (see also section 'Education' of this website).
